April Favorites - Spring

Firstly a big apology as March's Favourites never happened. This was due to an exciting holiday to India and an illness when returning .

It's always an exciting time of year when Spring rolls around with its promise of new beginnings and warmer weather. And after a long and dreary winter, it's a welcome sight. Speaking of which, I hope you're enjoying the little bit of sunshine we've been blessed with lately. It may be just a glimmer, but it's enough to lift our spirits and give us hope for brighter days ahead. So let's embrace the season of renewal, growth, and rejuvenation, and make the most of all the wonderful things that Spring has to offer us. So not surprisingly April Favourites is Spring

So for us Spring is the time of year when we start our jobs in the garden so we have 5 things which we are loving at the moment .

    This is going to be a game changer. You can do everything from your spice jars to your Laundry Liquid. They will look good on glass jars or wooden boxes, just get creating

Now we can’t talk about spring without talking about spring cleaning now this is an old tradition that I like to keep . This is going to be in two parts this first one is implements for cleaning.

    This is a great mop to clean your windows with or your conservatory.

  2. Extending Tub Scrubber £12.00

    Now I have been using this for around a year and it is a game changer. It is great to scrub your bathroom without too much bending. It is great for our shower tray.

    This is a great bit of kit. Have owned mine for 4 years and it is still going strong . It is great for windows , glass and mirrors.

  4. Flat Duster £11.99

    This is fantastic for using under the fridge, the washing machine the side of the dryer. Just give it a go but be prepared for DIRT.

  5. Coconut Scourers £4.75

    You are sure to find something that needs a good scrub so theses plastic free scourers work a treat.

The second part of the spring cleaning is cleaning products .

  1. Orange washing up liquid £2.99

    This not only has a great scent it works well too.

  2. Purdy and fig

    This is a cleaning company that strides to use less toxic chemicals in their products and less single use plastic. Prices vary but have a look it is a great concept.

  3. White vinegar £6.95 for 5 L

    This is a firm favourite in the Avo Feast household . It is great for limescale and the smell evaporates quickly. I fill a spray bottle as this is a large size.

  4. Handheld Steam Cleaner £59.00

    There really is no better way to cut down on cleaning product. Steam is all you need for a hygienic clean.

  5. Laundry Strips.£21.50

    96 washes with zero waste, zero mess and great reviews. These are on our list to try soon.
