Brie and Cranberry Mini Croissants

Looking for a quick, easy, and delicious Christmas snack that will make your cheese board stand out from the rest? Look no further! This recipe requires only three ingredients, two of which are likely to already be in your kitchen during the holiday season. Brie and cranberry are a classic Christmas pairing, but we're putting a unique twist on it. Slicing a few slivers off your existing block of brie and using a few spoons of cranberry sauce is all you need. We recommend using store-bought puff pastry to keep things simple and affordable. Plus, you can use gluten-free puff pastry if needed. The only challenge is measuring out the triangles, but don't worry about precision - just aim for a wider end and a thinner end.

Ingredients

A few slices of Brie

2 tbs cranberry sauce

Ready rolled puff pastry

egg to glaze

Method

  1. Take pastry out of the fridge and packaging 10 mins before use.

  2. Cut triangle shapes, ours are 6cms from bottom left.

  3. Add cranberry sauce to taste, try and keep it away from the edges.

  4. Add thin slices of Brie.

  5. Roll up and wet the point end with a little water and crimp the edges (see photo) to form a cresent shape

  6. Place on baking sheet and cook for 20 minutes at 200*C
