February Favourites
This month for Feb favourites we are doing special days. Every day of every month is a celebration of something somewhere. We’ve gone with some favourites like Valentine's Day and pancake cake day but also we’ve gone with others too. So guys take a look and see what we have come up with.

Pancake Day- 13th Feb
We couldn’t talk about special days in Feb without mentioning pancake day now could we? What are your favourite toppings?
It has to be maple syrup for us. A classic and you feel you are being good with fresh blueberries and strawberries.

National Toast Day 29th Feb
Britain is a nation of toast lovers, we must be we have a special day for it . Below are our favourite ways to enjoy national toast day.
Caramelised apple spread. This spread is delicious and not only great on toast, it’s great on toasted tea cakes. Stir into your yogurt. It is a must try.
Slices of toast spread with Houmous and grated carrot. yum… yum. It is so easy to make your houmous but if you are short on time this is a great one to try
When it comes to toast sometimes it’s the simplest toppings that hit the mark. A family favourite of ours (not mine I’m a hater ) is Marmite and it's a great way to get some extra B12.
2 thick slices of sourdough bread topped with Kimchi and finished with cheese. Pop under the grill till the cheese is bubbling. We make sure our Kimchi is Vegetarian as traditionally it uses fish sauce.
