2023 is here at last and it feels like it’s been a long time coming, it’s been a difficult time for lots of us so let's hope this is a better year for us all.
Like most of you, in recent years we have been implementing little changes to try to do our bit for the environment. With the amount we cook (and eat) not wasting food is a big factor for us, thats why we like to give little tips on using up leftovers on our recipes.
So enough about that, let’s get to our favourite things for January. We are hoping to do this at the start of every month to show what has caught our eye and some of it will probably be ending up in our baskets.
Our theme for January is all things green, for us green lifestyle choices have cropped up in our new years resolutions and we are guessing they might have made an appearance in yours too.
