Peach Melba Iced Tea

That's exactly what we were doing when we suddenly craved a nice, cold, refreshing iced tea. And let's be real, who doesn't love a delicious, ice-cold peach tea on a scorching day, right? But hold on – we've got something even better for you. We got chatting and came up with Peach Melba Tea. This tea is a game-changer! It's not just sweet and delicious, it's also incredibly refreshing and vibrant – the perfect pick-me-up for a sizzling summer day. Ingredients

For the syrup

3 peaches

180g raspberries

1 cup of sugar

1 cup of water

For the tea

2 pints of hot water

4 green tea bags

For decoration

1 peach sliced

A handful of raspberries

Method

1. Boil the water and let cool for a few minutes then add the 4 teabags. Let this brew for 2-4 minutes depending on your tea strength preface .Remove the tea bags and place the tea in the fridge to cool.

2. Chop the peaches and place in saucepan with the raspberries, add the sugar and water. Bring to the boil and boil for 5 mins.

3. Let cool for 5 minutes then strain through fine mesh sieve . This pulp could be saved and added to yoghurt or smoothies.

4. Add 1 1/2 cups of syrup to the tea.

5. FiII a glass with ice add a peach slice and raspberries the pour over the iced peach melba tea.
